We are glad you are considering joining our school. Before your first class, we ask all prospective students to complete this short application. This helps us understand your goals and ensure Jung Shin Academy is the right fit for you.

Please understand that we may not be the right school for every student depending on your goals. We work closely with each student, so it is important that we get to know each other before beginning a training plan. If we are not the right fit, we partner with other schools in the area and will gladly refer you or assist in making the connection.
