Welcome to Jung Shin Academy — an Asian martial arts school rooted in the principles of mental fortitude, physical excellence, and moral integrity. Our name reflects our deepest values: Jung Shin (정신), meaning right mind and spirit.
We are founded and led by experienced masters with decades of experience in Tae Kwon Do, Tang Soo Do, and Soo Bahk Do. Additionally, we offer training in Haidong Gumdo (Korean Swords) and Bong Sool (Korean Staves).

Why This Space Exists
One of the things we have always valued most about martial arts is the conversation that happens outside of class. The brief exchange after a hard training session. The question a student asks that makes you think about something differently. The reflection that comes when you sit with a lesson long enough.
